Be The Change You Want To See
Hello. My name is Sue Neale. I believe we are all striving to be the best we can be. However, depending on circumstances in life, we may not feel able to or know how to fulfill our true potential.
We all have the capacity to find our true selves but may need support to do so. This is where counselling can help.
Everyone is shaped by their own experiences; mine may be different but I will try to understand yours. I offer a safe, non-judgemental and empathic environment in which you can explore feelings and emotions in order to make the changes you want to make.
Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, addictions or simply feeling lost and unsure about your life's direction, I am here to listen.
I work in a person-centred way which means I work at your pace, with what you want to bring to your sessions. We may look at the past and how this impacts you in the here and now and what changes you may wish to make moving forwards.
As a fully-qualified counsellor, I am a Registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and abide by their code of ethics.
